Karismatic Photos (“Karismatic Photos,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) is a photography business owned and operated by Karah Sommer in Severance, Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect through karismaticphotos.com (the “Site”), how I use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit an inquiry through the contact or booking form on my Site, I collect the following personal information that you voluntarily provide:

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Preferred session type and date (optional)
• Message content describing your session vision

I do not collect payment or financial information through this Site. Payment processing for booked sessions is handled separately and securely outside of this website.

How I Use Your Information

The personal information you provide is used solely for the purpose of:

• Responding to your inquiry within 24–48 hours
• Scheduling consultations and photography sessions
• Communicating about your session details, gallery delivery, and follow-up
• Sending occasional updates about availability or limited-time offerings, only if you have opted in

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Contact form submissions are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to this data is restricted to me (Karah Sommer) and is protected by authentication credentials. While I take reasonable measures to safeguard your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking

This Site does not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking. I do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking scripts. The Site loads Google Fonts for display purposes, which means Google may receive your IP address as part of a standard web request when fonts are loaded. No personally identifiable information is shared beyond what is inherent to normal web browsing.

Third-Party Services

This Site relies on a limited number of third-party services to function:

• Supabase: Secure cloud database for storing contact form submissions
• Google Fonts: Font delivery service (standard web requests)
• Vercel: Website hosting platform with standard server-level logging

Links to my Instagram and Facebook pages are outbound links only. No data is exchanged with these platforms through my Site. Once you navigate to a third-party website, their own privacy policy governs any data collected.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data I have collected about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data from my records
• Withdraw consent for future communications at any time

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. While minors may appear in photographs taken during family or senior portrait sessions, those sessions are booked and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Photo Gallery Delivery

After a completed session, you will receive access to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. Gallery links are unique to each client and are not publicly accessible. Gallery access is typically available for a minimum of 90 days following delivery.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in my practices or applicable law. When updates are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
